We use the latest job software to provide tenants with the booking confirmation, a 24-hour reminder, a text notifying them when we are on our way, and optional tracking, so they know exactly when we will arrive.  (Of course, in vacant properties, we communicate all this to the Landlord or Property Manager).

2. We give you detailed invoices and reports, quickly

We know that a Property Manager’s role involves keeping detailed records of all work performed on behalf of landlords. We offer same-day, exceptionally detailed invoicing. In fact, we bet our invoices – complete with videos and before and after pictures – will be some of the most thorough you have ever seen. You’ll never be questioned by a landlord again.

3. We make safety our number one priority

The safety of the tenants is always our number one concern. We offer Electrical Safety Certificates for every job.
